TERMS OF SERVICE

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS: Regular appointments are released once a month, one month in advance, on the second Friday of each month at 12:00 PM. A $35 deposit is required to secure your booking, which $34 (minus $1 for merchant fee) will be applied to the total cost of your service.

VIP: VIP booking opens the Tuesday and Wednesday before regular booking at 12:00 PM. VIPs enjoy exclusive perks and the chance to book before the general public. VIP appointments are paid in full at the time of booking, and pricing varies based on the selected service.

SUNDAY SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS: You may request a Sunday appointment (if available) by texting 205-842-2655. A $50 fee is required upfront and does not go toward your service. Sunday availability is limited and granted by request only.

EXTENDED APPOINTMENTS: Extended appointments are designed for clients requesting highly detailed artwork—such as drawings, cartoons, or custom designs on more than 5 nails—which requires more time than a standard session. If your needing more time be sure to click "extended time" when booking. To discuss design ideas and availability, please text 205-842-2655 in advance.  

COMMUNICATION

To ensure a smooth booking and service experience, please make sure your contact information (phone number and email) is accurate and up to date at the time of booking.

All appointments must be booked online — no phone or text bookings accepted.
Be sure to book the correct service to avoid delays, cancellations, or additional fees.

~I do not hold spots NOR take same day appointments~

APPOINTMENT CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW'S: 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance via the confirmation email you received. This notice is required to avoid forfeiting your deposit and/or being charged the remaining service balance.

Please do not contact me directly to reschedule or book. All appointments must be made online when available. Last-minute appointments will only be offered if available, and you must be deposit-ready. No exceptions.

A No Call/No Show, regardless of the reason, is still considered a No Call/No Show. It is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment time. No Call/No Shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in automatic forfeiture of your deposit and may lead to removal from the client list. 

REFUNDS:

No refunds will be issued. In the rare event that a refund is granted at my discretion, please note that merchant processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount per transaction.

Example: If a refund is approved, you will receive the amount paid minus the processing fee charged by the payment processor.

SERVICE FACTS & EXPECTATIONS:

  • I do not mind working over another tech’s work; however, I can only guarantee my work on sets that I’ve applied and maintained.
    Note: There is a fee for working over another tech’s work.​

  • For optimal nail health and quality, I recommend soaking off and getting a new set after your third fill or approximately every 3 months.

  • Masks are required. Please bring your own. If you do not have one, you may purchase one from me for $1 (if available).

  • If you're running late, a simple text to let me know you're en route is appreciated, if in running behind I'll do the same.


  • If you are more than 30 minutes late and we havent consulted, your deposit will be forfeited and you’ll need to book a new appointment.

  • Please book your service correctly. If you booked a fill but request a full set at the time of your appointment without prior approval, an upcharge will apply on top of your service total, and the service may not be accommodated.

  • If you’re booking a full set or overlay, please arrive with all enhancements removed — this includes acrylic, gel polish, clear polish, etc. If not fully removed, a removal fee will be added.

  • I do not offer pedicures, SNS, or any kind of dip acrylic powder.

  • All clients: Please meet me halfway. Come with a general idea of what you want, including colors or designs.
    You’re welcome to text or email for a price quote. Bring reference photos for your nail style. I do not freestyle on new clients — no exceptions. Over time, I’ll get to know your style better, but until I'm familiar with your nail style, specific input is required.

  • HEAVY ON THE avoid booking during lunch breaks or expecting to be seated immediately at your appointment time. I aim to stay on schedule, but appointments tend run 20–30 minutes behind at times. I’ll notify you when possible. DON'T ACT LIKE YOU AIN'T SEE THIS ISH! I'M NOT GONE RUSH ON THEM AND I'M NOT GONE RUSH ON YOU!

  • During holidays/ peak seasons (e.g. Spring break, prom, Classic, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, tax season, etc.), longer wait times are to be expected.

  • New Clients! Location details will be sent via text or included in your appointment reminder email. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

If you have any questions, concerns, or issues outside of these policies or terms, please do not book until they are addressed.
