BOOKING APPOINTMENTS: Regular appointments are available online ONCE A MONTH, 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE (every second Friday of each month @12p) a $35 deposit is required to book, and goes towards your appt.
VIP appointments open the Wednesday/Thursday before regular booking @9a. VIP offers extra perks plus the opportunity to beat the crowd. VIP appointments are paid in full, and prices vary depending on the service you choose.

SQUEEZE-IN APPOINTMENTS: You may choose to request a squeeze-in appt (if avlb), which is $50 up front and DOES NOT go toward your service. The squeeze-in section is located midway on the home page.

EXTENDED APPOINTMENTS: Extended appts are for clients that desire very detailed artwork (drawings, cartoons etc.) that can take longer than the usual appointment setting. Please text 205-842-2655 to discuss designs and availability.

COMMUNICATION
So that there is a clear line of communication, be sure your contact (number and email) info is up to date, and that you BOOK SERVICES CORRECTLY when booking. You can only book appointments via online.
I do not hold spots OR take same day appointments.

APPOINTMENT CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW'S:
IF NEEDING TO RESCHEDULE or CANCEL, you may do so before the 24hr time frame expires by simply going to your conformation email. A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule (if appts are avlb) or cancel to prevent forfeiting deposit and or debiting of reaming service charges.
RESPECT MY BUSINESS AND REFRAIN FROM CONTACTING ME about making another appt, you will need to book again online if last min appts are avlb or ONCE BOOKING IS AVLB and yes be deposit ready... NO EXCEPTIONS.
A NO CALL NO SHOW FOR WHATEVER REASON is still a NO CALL NO SHOW. You are responsible for keeping track of your appt, so again... NO CALL NO SHOWS & APPTS CANCELED LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE automatically forfeit their deposit, and possibly removed from client list upon. NO ONE IS EXEMPT!!!

REFUNDS: Merchant processing fee will be deducted from refund! (per transaction)
example; if a refund is given you will receive your refund minus merchant processing fee (per transaction).

SERVICE FACTS:
-I have no problem working over another tech's work, however I can only guarantee my work with sets that I've applied and filled.
(FYI there is a fee to go over another techs work)

-For the best quality of nails, I recommend that you soak and get a new set after your third fill, or every 3 months.
​
-Running late is common, with that being said a simple text letting me know you're in route will suffice. If you're late more than 30 mins over an agreed time, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to book again.
-Again book your service correctly. Upgrading to a full set when you booked a fill with out checking with me to see if that service can be accommodated at the time of your appt there will be a $15 charge on top of all services.

-Come with all enhancements, pieces of acrylic, clear polish, gel polish etc. removed when needing a full set or overlay. IF NOT COMPLETELY REMOVED A $15 REMOVAL FEE will be applied.

-I DON'T PROVIDE PEDI'S, SNS OR ANY KIND OF DIP ACRYLIC POWDER

-ALL CLIENTS!!! Pleeeease meet me in the middle... Have some sort of idea of what you want including color(s). Feel free to text or email me ahead if needing a price quote. Have pics similar to the nail styles you like & what you would like on your nails. I DO NOT FREESTYLE ON NEW CLIENTS (sorry, not sorry). Over your next few appts I'm sure I will adapt to what your style is and what you like, so until then no thank you.

-Have nothing of major importance before or after your appt. Most times appts are slightly behind (20-30 mins or less) in which I will try to notify you ahead. LUNCH BREAKS ARE NOT ADVISED. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT TO SIT DIRECTLY IN THE SERVICE SEAT AT THE THE TIME OF YOUR APPT.
DURING CLASSIC, THANKSGIVING, TAX SEASON, CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR... PRETTY MUCH ALL HOLIDAYS AND MAJOR EVENTS, THE WAIT TIME WILL BE LONGER THAN USUAL.
